HOW TO REGISTER FOR LITTLE FLOWERS GIRLS’ CLUB (LFGC)

 Step one:  Please complete both the front and back of the LFGC registration form, including the medical release portion.

Step two:  All parents in the program must complete an Archdiocese of Detroit criminal background check form and submit it to deacon Gerald at our parish prior to volunteering in the program.  Additionally, the Archdiocese mandates that each adult take a Protecting God’s Children class (PGC) which is a free training program. This course is offered at many dates, times and locations around the Archdiocese.  If you have already taken the class, submit a copy of your certificate of completion to Deacon Gerald.   Background check form (below) and registration for the PGC class may be competed at the Archdiocese of Detroit’s website on Safe Environments at:   http://www.aodonline.org/AODOnline/Safe+Environments+14627/090126Abuse.htm   (Click on the area titled:  “Personal Safety and Sex Abuse Prevention Programs”)

Step three:  Bring your completed Little Flowers registration form and dues to any club meeting or mail via U.S. mail to the attention of Moe Jones at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Church at the parish address.

Little Flowers Girls Club Dues

One Girl: $45.00 per year

Dues cover simple craft supplies, materials, and copy costs.

Each additional daughter dues $5.00

Please make checks payable to “Little Flowers Girls’ Club”

Open to ANY girl from ANY parish .

Girls ages five to high school may join.  

No additional charge for those out of parish! You may make a charitable contribution to our Church if you are not a parish member.

No child will be turned away from the program due to lack of finances.  All are welcome!
